Scott L. WarnerScott L. Warner has been representing universities, colleges, and businesses since he entered private practice in 1997. Prior to joining the firm as a partner in 2006, he served for four years as Assistant and Associate General Counsel at Northwestern University, where his responsibilities included student affairs, affirmative action, athletics, admissions, regulatory compliance, and policy development and review. Scott graduated from the University of Michigan in 1993 and graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in December 1995. Scott then served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jay C. Waldman, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys and the Association for Student Conduct Administration (f/k/a Association for Student Judicial Affairs).
