Not only do we help institutions fulfill their legal obligation to investigate harassment and other serious allegations, but we also help resolve politically sensitive claims of fraud or malfeasance implicating board members or senior management. We are trained and experienced in investigation techniques and know how to advise senior management effectively and discretely.
Our investigation experience includes:

- Allegations of resume fraud made against academic administrator.

When appropriate, we also help our clients engage neutral, outside investigators to advise governing boards and administrators; we then work with those investigators to design investigative protocols that maintain privilege and promote effective investigation.
